How do I order additional suite keys and/or access cards?

Fill out the request form and fax it to the management office @ 248-723-1437.
How do I request service in my suite?

Click here and fill out the Service Request Form which will be e-mailed, or fill it out and fax it to the management office @ 248-723-1437, or call 248-723-1433.
What do I do in the event of an emergency? 

Call 911, if appropriate (fire, medical emergency, police) and call the management office @ 248-723-1433.  Notify 911 that you are in Suite # and the address is 39400 Woodward Ave. Bloomfield Hills, MI  48304
What is the procedure to gain access to the telephone/electrical rooms?

These keys are kept with the Building Engineer.  The Building Engineer will grant access.  Call 248-723-1433 and request to be let into the phone/electric room.
How do I request after-hours air conditioning? 

Click here and fill out the Service Request Form, which will be e-mailed, or fax your request to the management office @ 248-723-1437 or call 248-723-1433.
